Marketing Planning & Strategy

We will create a marketing plan to help achieve your specific objectives and targets. Rather than a scattergun approach to your marketing & PR, we'll recommend the best strategies that will make a difference to your company. We do this in 3 key stages:

1. we meet with you to find out what you want the marketing plan to achieve. At this stage, we also find out as much about your company, markets and services as possible as the more information we have, the more results-oriented and targeted our plan will be.

2. we do our research! we look into the best forms of marketing and PR for your company and put all our recommendations into the marketing plan.

3. we provide a face-to-face presentation of the plan to you. The plan will include overall strategies together with a practical month-by-month plan for the next 12 months

Then, it's up to you. Most of our clients ask us to work with them to implement the marketing plan on an ongoing basis, although if you prefer to work on the plan yourselves, that's fine too!
