First Class Sailing is London's leading sailing school, offering practical and theory courses, as well as a new boat ownership scheme and charters. Mushroom Marketing successfully won the contract to make First Class Sailing's first ever attendance at London International Boat Show a big success, working closely with their team to ensure the campaign ran as smoothly as possible.
We came up with an integrated campaign to maximise their exposure at the boat show before and after the event as well as helping them to launch their new boat ownership scheme. This included gaining large amounts of coverage in sailing and regional press; writing, designing and printing brochures in line with their existing branding; designing the exhibition stand; producing course handout material; researching promotional items; devising text and design for html emails; advising on the best methods for data capture at the event and more.
The campaign resulted in gaining national and regional exposure through PR coverage, generating over 700 leads at the event. In addition, the First Class Sailing team took thousands of pounds-worth of bookings at their stand itself.
