Mushroom Marketing created a successful, targeted marketing & PR campaign to launch this brand new health centre.

Boscombe and Springbourne Health Centre provides a free health service, open from 8am-8pm, 365 days a year. Based in the heart of Boscombe, the centre was the first of its kind to open in Dorset and is part of 152 new GP health centres to open across the UK. Pitching against 9 other agencies, Mushroom Marketing successfully won the contract to promote the launch of the health centre, working closely with its managing company, New Wave Integrated Care.

We worked with key staff to devise a launch marketing & PR strategy that gained approval from the board (including members of NHS, Dorset Healthcare NHS Trust, Help & Care and BCHA). We created their branding items (logo, posters, leaflets, adverts, website, feedback questionnaires) and boosted their profile by working on their PR campaign, gaining a vast range of coverage in local magazines, newspapers and on-line media.

We were selected as finalist in the PR initiative category of the Langtry Manor Business Women Awards for our PR campaign for this client.
